Two students at Stonewall Middle School in the Manassas area were charged Tuesday with destruction of property for drawing swatiska symbols and other words on a building near the school's track, the Prince William County Police Department said.
A School Resource Officer at Stonewall Middle School, located at 10100 Lomond Drive, received information about the graffiti last Thursday. The graffiti reportedly was drawn between 5 p.m. March 4 and 7 a.m. March 5.
The graffiti did not contain a specific threat, and the drawings were removed without causing permanent damage. After learning of the graffiti, the School Resource Officer was able to identify the two students responsible for it.
