Antisemitic COVID Fliers Found in Boise, Idaho Neighborhoods

Several neighborhoods in Boise found the above flier on their doorsteps Sunday morning filled with antisemitic sentiments and hate speech.

One resident tells CBS2 News the fliers were packaged in a bag full of pellet gun ammo and dropped off on porches and stuck in fences.

The Wassmuth Center for Human Rights in Boise put out this statement.

"The rise of antisemitism in the valley is both sickening and alarming. Etched in the stone of the Idaho Anne Frank Human Rights Memorial, we are reminded of Martin Niemoeller’s warning, “In Germany they came for the Jews, and I didn’t speak up because I wasn’t a Jew then they came for me.” As a community we must speak up - then take serious action to confront hate speech."

CBS2 news reached out to Boise Police who are investigating.

Anyone with information or video surveillance from the area is asked to call dispatch at 208-377-6790 or Crime Stoppers: at 208-343-COPS (2677),
